Meet Tiara Lopes

I’m the founder of Black Ambition Enterprises (B.A.E.) — a multi-faceted brand built on faith, family, and ambition. As a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage, a business consultant, DJ, and creator of Glow Butter, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others build wealth, beauty, and legacy.

My journey started with a simple idea: that women — especially women of color — deserve tools, confidence, and resources to glow in every part of life. Whether I’m guiding a client through their first home purchase, helping a woman launch her LLC, whipping up small-batch butters, or rocking a crowd as a DJ, my mission is the same: to create opportunities and empower people to succeed.
