Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

  • Orders are hand-crafted and typically process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may extend by 1–2 days.

Shipping Time

  • Standard domestic shipping: 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship via USPS/UPS.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • Free shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout (when applicable).

Warm-Weather Notice (Butters & Balms)

  • Our whipped butters are heat-sensitive. If your package feels warm, let products rest at room temp before opening to re-solidify. Texture may change but performance remains the same.

  • Consider selecting any available “melt-protection” add-on during hot months (when offered).

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Need an edit? Email glowbutter@glowbutterbybae.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, we’re unable to modify it. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or re-ship fees.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received? First, check with household members and neighbors and wait 24 hours. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address (additional postage applies).

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, email glowbutter@glowbutterbybae.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the box, packing materials, and items. We’ll make it right.

  • Lost in transit (no scans for 10+ days)? Contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

Local Pickup (Jacksonville, NC)

  • If/when available, a local pickup option will appear at checkout. You’ll receive an email with pickup details and time windows.

International Shipping

  • Currently domestic (US) only. We’ll share updates here if that changes.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

  • Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are ready. Estimated ship windows will be shown on the product page.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—customer happiness matters to us.
