Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At Glow Butter by B.A.E., every order is carefully prepared and packaged before it leaves us. Because our products include personal-care and skincare items, we cannot accept general returns of opened or used products. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we want the opportunity to make it right.

Physical Products

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Include:

Your full name
Order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the shipping packaging and shipping label when applicable

Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, opened or used body butters, skincare, soaps, scrubs, oils, lip products, and other personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges because of:

Personal scent preference
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that do not affect product quality
Final-sale products, promotional freebies, or samples

Because Glow Butter by B.A.E. products are handcrafted, slight variations between batches may naturally occur.

If you believe there is an actual quality issue with your product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review it.

Refunds

We generally do not issue cash refunds for physical products.

Eligible order problems are handled through replacement, exchange when appropriate, or store credit when a replacement is unavailable.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of both the product and shipping packaging.

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, first check:

Around the delivery location
With members of your household
With nearby neighbors
With the shipping carrier or local post office

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll assist with the carrier-inquiry process.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are reviewed individually and are not automatically eligible for replacement.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship the order after it is returned to us. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change something?

We will do our best to accommodate the request, but once your order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Shipping

Glow Butter by B.A.E. currently charges a flat $9.99 shipping rate on eligible website orders within our supported U.S. shipping area.

The shipping charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your Glow Butter products during transit.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, eBooks, guides, templates, downloads, and other electronically delivered products are final.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

However, if you experience a legitimate technical issue—such as:

An expired or missing download link
An inaccessible file
A corrupted file
Another delivery/access problem

Duplicate Digital Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product twice, contact us within 7 days with both order numbers. We will review the transactions and determine the appropriate resolution.

Processing Approved Replacements

Approved replacement orders generally ship within 3–5 business days.

Approved store credits are generally issued within 2–3 business days.

Processing & Delivery Times

Glow Butter by B.A.E. products are handcrafted and carefully packaged with love. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Most customers can expect their order to arrive within approximately 5–11 business days from the date the order is placed.

During holidays, sales, vendor-event weekends, severe weather, or periods of high order volume, processing or carrier delivery times may take a little longer. Any significant delays on our end will be communicated when possible.

Shipping Rate

We charge a flat $9.99 shipping rate on eligible website orders within our supported U.S. shipping area. Your shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Important: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may occur that are outside of Glow Butter by B.A.E.’s control.
